Studio Policies

Socks

Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes.You’re welcome to bring your own, or purchase a pair at the studio.

5 Minute Rules

We start on time so you can move safely and with focus. Doors close 5 minutes after class begins, late arrivals will be considered a no-show.

Cancellation

We kindly ask for atleast 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in a class package deduction

No Show

If you miss a scheduled class without canceling in advance, your class package will still be deducted.

Respect & Inclusivity

At Tone, we value a space that is welcoming, respectful, andinclusive. Bullying, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

Thank you for choosing Tone Pilates Studio. To ensure the best experience for all clients and instructors, please review and adhere to the following studio policies:

Booking & Attendance

Advance Booking is Required: All classes must be booked in advance via our booking platform or studio contact.

Class Slots Are First-Come, First-Served: Booking is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to clients who have completed payment.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your class. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be counted as used from your class package.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will also result in a class deduction.

Waitlist: If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified if a spot becomes available.

Arrival & Late Entry

Arrival Policy: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to settle in.

Late Arrivals: For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the class has started may not be allowed to join, and the class will be marked as used.

First-Time Clients: First-time clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete intake and meet the instructor.

Class Attire & Socks

Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes for hygiene and safety.
If you don’t have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Please wear comfortable, form-fitting athleisure clothing to allow freedom of movement and support proper posture alignment.

Health & Safety

All clients are required to fill out a Health Intake Form and sign a Waiver of Liability before participating in any class.

Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancies, or physical concerns before class.

If you feel unwell, kindly stay home — your health and the safety of our community come first.

Hands-On Adjustments

All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Class packages have a validity period (e.g., 1 month, 2 months) from the date of first booking. Please check your package terms before purchase.

Extensions due to illness or travel may be requested in writing and are granted at the studio’s discretion.

Class Packages & Validity

Hands-on corrections: Instructors may offer gentle, hands-on corrections to improve alignment and support your form.

Consent: Consent for hands-on adjustments is requested during sign-up and can be changed at any time.

Studio Etiquette

Please turn off or silence your phone before entering the studio.
