Private Classes

Designed just for you, our private sessions focus entirely on your individual needs and goals. We offer both Reformer and Cadillac private sessions. Each program is thoughtfully tailored by your instructor to help you move with intention, precision, and confidence.

DUET CLASSES

Share your practice with 2 persons group while still receiving the guidance and expertise you need. Semi-private sessions combine the benefits of personalized attention with the motivation of working alongside others.

GROUP CLASSES

Group class with 8 reformer beds. Beginner, intermediate, same levels in between are all welcome. No need to find your own crew. Jump into available classes based on class and time preferred.

Each class offers a unique session tailored to different goals and fitness levels, ensuring there’s a class for everyone:

BEGINNER

A slow, intentional class focused on Pilates fundamentals alignment, breath, and core control. Recommended for newcomers (3–5 sessions) before progressing. Simple moves, strong burn.

ALL LEVELS

A balanced class that layers movement, flow, and challenge in strength, flexibility, and stability. Best for those who’ve completed at least 5 Beginner classes or are at an intermediate level. Clear cues and variations ensure the right challenge for every body.

INTERMEDIATE

A dynamic class with faster sequences, advanced moves, and increased spring tension. Ideal for experienced clients or those who’ve completed at least 5 Beginner and 5 All Levels classes. Expect smooth transitions, precise guidance, and a stronger challenge.

BOOTY CLASS

A full-body Pilates session with extra focus on glutes, hips, and thighs. Builds strength, stability, and endurance in the lower body while supporting alignment. Recommended after at least 5 Beginner classes.

SWEAT

A high energy reformer Pilates class that lifts your heart rate while building strength, coordination, and control. Dynamic sequences blend classical Pilates precision with low impact cardio flow. Recommended after at least 5 Beginner classes for those ready for a stronger burn and a feel good sweat.
