SELF LOVE CLASSES

 Designed just for you, our private sessions focus entirely on your individual needs and goals. Your instructor will craft a personalized program, offering dedicated attention to help you move with intention and confidence.

DUATILY CLASSES

 Share your practice with 2 persons group while still receiving the guidance and expertise you need. Semi-private sessions combine the benefits of personalized attention with the motivation of working alongside others.

GROUP CLASSES

 Group class with 7-8 reformer beds. Beginner, intermediate, same levels in between are all welcome. No need to find your own crew. Jump into available classes based on class and time preferred.
